Our Services

We provide Non-Emergency Medical Transportation for those who are ambulatory or non-ambulatory. We focus on personalized care, professionalism, and respect, to ensure that every journey is a positive and empowering experience for our clients, helping them reach their destinations with dignity and ease.

Our services include various trip options: one-way trips, round trips, and custom trips tailored to individual needs. Each trip is designed to accommodate the specific requirements of patients. Our team undergoes training, not only in safe driving practices but also in patient interaction. Our team is also CPR Certified, ensuring peace of mind for our riders.

How it Works

    Head to our “Book a Ride” page to complete our intake process with the details of your trip to receive a free quote!

  • Book

    We will give you a call with your free quote. Once you are ready to book we will get a few more details from you and then you will be all set for your ride!

  • Ride

    We guarantee that clients will be picked up within a 5-minute window of their scheduled pickup time. Additionally, our client wait time is always under 60 minutes after their appointment, with an average wait of 30 minutes or less.

Will Baynes

Owner & Operator

Will Baynes is the Co-Owner & Operator of LCS On The Move. Will is a recent Auburn University graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Management. During his studies, he gained valuable experience through internships with Ard Contracting and Altec. Will is also CPR Certified.

Will’s inspiration to start LCS On The Move stems from the impressive success of LifeCare Solutions and his desire to contribute to the entrepreneurial mission of helping others. He’s excited to be part of a team dedicated to making a positive impact through innovative business solutions. Will is also following in the family's footsteps by starting to officiate football. His dream is to one day to be an NFL Official like his Dad, Uncle & Grandfather.

Christy Baynes, MSHA, MBA

Owner

Christy Baynes is Co-Owner of LCS On the Move. Christy is also the Founder & CEO of LifeCare Solutions, a local Care Management company established in 2012.

Christy’s has over 26 years in the field of aging including the following: assisted living, specialty care assisted living, in-home care, community councils on aging, Alzheimer’s and aging research, long-term care insurance, elder care coordination, geriatric health education and caregiver support groups. She is also a Positive Approach to Care® Certified Trainer, where she trains and educates professionals and family caregivers on Dementia.

Christy’s inspiration to start LCS On The Move derived from the need for transportation assistance for her clients at LifeCare Solutions. Christy has dedicated her career to helping older adults and those living with complex care needs.
